I am a Professional Certified Coach from the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), Master Practioner of the Energy Leadership Index Assessment (ELI), as well as a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I have also completed the BetterUp Coaching Foundations.
It will be an honor to be your accountability partner and hold you to the commitments you make to yourself as part of your growth journey. I will help you gain insights into your mindsets, attitudes and behaviors that affect the outcomes you are hoping to achieve, and will challenge assumptions and limiting beliefs that get in the way of your goals. Coaching will drive you to be clearer about your values and priorities as well as more intentional about your actions.
I strongly believe that you are the utmost expert on yourself. My questions and exercises serve to foster reflection and uncover your own wisdom. You will have a safe space to explore your thoughts and feelings and evaluate the direction you want to go. You get to release your emotions but not stay stuck. I will consistently encourage you to take a tiny step forward. A tiny step after a tiny step makes a big difference and start generating momentum towards your transformation.
